Walden and Bentwater roofs from the 1980s and 90s are large, complex, and frequently on their second or third layer with original skylight flashing. Woodforest roofs are newer; storm damage and tree limbs bring us out there.
Wind off Lake Conroe is the main risk, so high-wind installation details matter. Bentwater, Grand Harbor, and Woodforest all have architectural review with specific color palettes.

Good to know before your inspection.
Do you handle Bentwater and Grand Harbor architectural approvals?
Yes. Both communities require color and profile approval before work starts. We supply the Owens Corning or TAMKO product sheets and color samples and submit on your behalf.
Is the roof inspection really free?
Yes. One of our own estimators walks the roof, photographs every issue, checks decking, flashing, and ventilation, and gives you a written line-item price before leaving. There is no charge and no obligation, and we will tell you honestly if a repair is all you need.
What warranty comes with a new roof?
Two layers: our own workmanship warranty on the installation, plus the manufacturer's material warranty — Owens Corning's Preferred Protection coverage or TAMKO's Heritage warranty, depending on the system you choose. Both are transferable to the next owner.
