Does my Humble HOA need to approve a new roof?
If you are in Eagle Springs, Fall Creek, Summerwood, Balmoral, or most Atascocita sections, yes — color and shingle type. We provide the manufacturer sheets and handle the submission so the approval does not hold up your install.
Do you help with hail and wind insurance claims?
Yes. We document storm damage with photos and measurements, meet your adjuster on site, and build the scope so nothing is missed. You pay your deductible; we never waive or 'absorb' it because that is insurance fraud under Texas law.
Which shingles do you recommend for Houston?
Owens Corning Duration and TAMKO Heritage architectural shingles. Both carry 130-mph wind ratings when installed to spec, resist algae streaking in our humidity, and come in colors that match Houston brick and stone. We do not install GAF or CertainTeed.
