Roofing company in Spring, Texas.

Spring covers everything from 1970s Champion Forest and Memorial Northwest to 2000s Gleannloch Farms and Auburn Lakes, so we see every roof age here. Heavy pine canopy in older sections means shaded, slow-drying roofs with algae and debris problems.

What we find on Spring roofs

The roofs, the storms, and what an honest inspection finds.

Champion Forest and Spring Creek Oaks roofs often have three-tab shingles under heavy tree debris, clogged valleys, and moss on north slopes. Gleannloch and Auburn Lakes roofs are reaching the 20-year mark with sun damage on the open south elevations.

Spring took direct hits from the 2024 derecho and Beryl; thousands of roofs lost shingles and tree limbs punctured decking. Gleannloch Farms, Auburn Lakes, and Augusta Pines have HOA color review. We recommend algae-resistant shingles everywhere there is tree cover.

Spring and Klein are north of our office; we schedule inspections in clusters and typically get there within the week.

  • “Bluebonnet Exteriors were wonderful! They gave a competitive quote and offer very good quality windows. The installation team with Carlos was also great! They taped everything off well, took their time installing - did not rush through, and cleaned up very well when they were finished! We have received so many compliments and questions on what company we used. I would definitely recommend! Thank you for our beautiful windows!”

Spring questions

Good to know before your inspection.

A tree limb went through my roof in Spring — what do I do first?

Call us for an emergency tarp the same day, then call your insurer. We photograph the damage before anything is moved, tarp the opening, and provide the documentation your adjuster needs for both the roof and any interior water damage.

Do you help with hail and wind insurance claims?

Yes. We document storm damage with photos and measurements, meet your adjuster on site, and build the scope so nothing is missed. You pay your deductible; we never waive or 'absorb' it because that is insurance fraud under Texas law.

How long does a roof replacement take?

Most residential roofs are torn off, dried in, and finished in a single day with our crew; larger or steeper roofs take two. We re-deck any soft plywood we find, run a magnet over the yard for nails, and haul everything away the same day.
