Fairfield and Coles Crossing roofs have the classic 20-year failures: cupped shingles, rusted drip edge, and cracked boots. On newer Bridgeland roofs we mostly find wind-lifted shingles and hail bruising after storms, which insurers cover when documented properly.

Roof Replacement
When a roof is past repair, a full replacement is the honest answer. We tear off to the deck, inspect and replace damaged decking, and rebuild the entire system — underlayment, flashing, ventilation, and shingle — to the manufacturer's specification so the warranty holds.

We install complete Owens Corning and TAMKO systems — not just the shingle, but the underlayment, ice-and-water barrier, and ventilation that make the warranty count.
Commercial Roofing
Flat and low-slope roofs fail in ways steep roofs don't — standing water, seam failure, and ponding are the enemies. We install single-ply TPO membrane, modified-bitumen, and roof-coating systems for commercial buildings and flat residential sections, with the drainage and detailing that keep water moving off the roof.

Can I get a second opinion on a storm-chaser's roof estimate in Cypress?
Please do. After every Cypress hailstorm, out-of-town crews canvass Bridgeland and Fairfield. We will inspect for free, tell you if the damage is real, and give a written price from a company that has been in Houston 20 years and will still be here for the warranty.
Do you help with hail and wind insurance claims?
Yes. We document storm damage with photos and measurements, meet your adjuster on site, and build the scope so nothing is missed. You pay your deductible; we never waive or 'absorb' it because that is insurance fraud under Texas law.
What warranty comes with a new roof?
Two layers: our own workmanship warranty on the installation, plus the manufacturer's material warranty — Owens Corning's Preferred Protection coverage or TAMKO's Heritage warranty, depending on the system you choose. Both are transferable to the next owner.
