Roofing company in Conroe, Texas.

Conroe runs from lake homes along Lake Conroe to fast-growing subdivisions like Grand Central Park and Harpers Preserve. Lakefront roofs take wind straight off the water; inland roofs sit under the same pines that shade The Woodlands.

What we find on Conroe roofs

The roofs, the storms, and what an honest inspection finds.

April Sound and Panorama Village roofs from the 1970s and 80s are often on their third layer with rotted fascia and eaves. Newer Grand Central Park and Graystone Hills roofs are mostly storm-damage work — lifted shingles and hail bruising.

Lake Conroe exposure produces stronger gusts than inland Montgomery County; wind-rated installation (six nails per shingle, sealed starter) matters here. April Sound and Grand Central Park have architectural review.

Conroe is the northern edge of our service area, about an hour and a half from the office. We batch inspections and schedule within one to two weeks.

  • “Bluebonnet Exteriors were wonderful! They gave a competitive quote and offer very good quality windows. The installation team with Carlos was also great! They taped everything off well, took their time installing - did not rush through, and cleaned up very well when they were finished! We have received so many compliments and questions on what company we used. I would definitely recommend! Thank you for our beautiful windows!”

Conroe questions

Good to know before your inspection.

Do you roof lakefront homes on Lake Conroe?

Yes. We install to the manufacturer's high-wind spec on every roof, but on lakefront homes we also add sealed starter strips at all eaves and rakes and hand-seal exposed ridge caps. It is the difference between a roof that survives a 70-mph gust and one that does not.

Is the roof inspection really free?

Yes. One of our own estimators walks the roof, photographs every issue, checks decking, flashing, and ventilation, and gives you a written line-item price before leaving. There is no charge and no obligation, and we will tell you honestly if a repair is all you need.

Which shingles do you recommend for Houston?

Owens Corning Duration and TAMKO Heritage architectural shingles. Both carry 130-mph wind ratings when installed to spec, resist algae streaking in our humidity, and come in colors that match Houston brick and stone. We do not install GAF or CertainTeed.
