Builder roofs on big Cross Creek Ranch and Jordan Ranch homes were installed fast, and we routinely find under-nailed shingles that lift in wind, unsealed starter courses, and valleys without metal. Weston Lakes and Fulbrook acreage roofs are older and larger, often with metal accents.
Fulshear is the western edge of Houston's hail belt and has had claim-level hail several of the last six springs. Cross Creek Ranch, Jordan Ranch, Tamarron, and Weston Lakes all require architectural approval for roof color.

Architectural (dimensional) asphalt shingles are the most-installed roof in Houston for good reason: they balance cost, curb appeal, and real wind resistance. We install complete Owens Corning and TAMKO systems — not just the shingle, but the underlayment, ice-and-water barrier, and ventilation that make the warranty count.
Commercial Roofing
Flat and low-slope roofs fail in ways steep roofs don't — standing water, seam failure, and ponding are the enemies. We install single-ply TPO membrane, modified-bitumen, and roof-coating systems for commercial buildings and flat residential sections, with the drainage and detailing that keep water moving off the roof.

Good to know before your inspection.
My Fulshear roof is only 8 years old. Why would it need replacing?
Age is not the issue in Fulshear; hail and wind are. A roof that took golf-ball hail has hundreds of bruised spots that will fail years early, and insurers cover replacement when the damage is documented. We inspect free and tell you honestly whether it qualifies.
Do you help with hail and wind insurance claims?
Yes. We document storm damage with photos and measurements, meet your adjuster on site, and build the scope so nothing is missed. You pay your deductible; we never waive or 'absorb' it because that is insurance fraud under Texas law.
Which shingles do you recommend for Houston?
Owens Corning Duration and TAMKO Heritage architectural shingles. Both carry 130-mph wind ratings when installed to spec, resist algae streaking in our humidity, and come in colors that match Houston brick and stone. We do not install GAF or CertainTeed.
