My Porter roof is under warranty from the builder. Should I still call you?
Builder warranties on roofs are typically one year on workmanship, and the shingle manufacturer's warranty only covers defects, not storm damage or installation errors. If you see lifted shingles or leaks, a free inspection tells you what you are actually dealing with.
Do you help with hail and wind insurance claims?
Yes. We document storm damage with photos and measurements, meet your adjuster on site, and build the scope so nothing is missed. You pay your deductible; we never waive or 'absorb' it because that is insurance fraud under Texas law.
What warranty comes with a new roof?
Two layers: our own workmanship warranty on the installation, plus the manufacturer's material warranty — Owens Corning's Preferred Protection coverage or TAMKO's Heritage warranty, depending on the system you choose. Both are transferable to the next owner.
