Is Willis inside your service area?
Yes — Willis is our northern boundary. We batch inspections with Conroe and Montgomery, so expect an appointment within one to two weeks rather than next day, and the same crew and warranty as everywhere else.
Is the roof inspection really free?
Yes. One of our own estimators walks the roof, photographs every issue, checks decking, flashing, and ventilation, and gives you a written line-item price before leaving. There is no charge and no obligation, and we will tell you honestly if a repair is all you need.
What warranty comes with a new roof?
Two layers: our own workmanship warranty on the installation, plus the manufacturer's material warranty — Owens Corning's Preferred Protection coverage or TAMKO's Heritage warranty, depending on the system you choose. Both are transferable to the next owner.
