The people who show up
to do the work.
Bluebonnet runs its own uniformed roofing crews — always has, always will. No subcontractors. No storm-chaser surprises. The same people who inspect your roof and answer your questions are the people driving the truck to your driveway.

Every roofer is a Bluebonnet employee.
After a storm, Houston fills up with out-of-town crews who win the claim and hand your roof to a subcontractor you've never met. We don't work that way. Every person who sets foot on your roof under the Bluebonnet name is trained by us, accountable to us, and held to the same standard Doug would hold himself.
With over 20 years of experience roofing homes across Greater Houston, our lead roofers have seen every condition — hail-bruised shingles, hurricane uplift, rotted decking, tricky low-slope tie-ins — and know exactly how to handle them.
When you hire Bluebonnet, you get the same crew from first inspection to final cleanup. No handoffs. No miscommunication. Just people who treat your home the way they'd treat their own.

The same process.
Every single job.
Our crews follow the same four-step process whether we're patching a few storm-damaged shingles or tearing off and rebuilding the entire roof.
- Roofing crew arrives on-sitePLACEHOLDER01
The full crew arrives — uniformed and ready
Every Bluebonnet crew shows up together, on time, in uniform. We protect your landscaping and siding with tarps, stage a dumpster, and do a pre-job walkthrough with you so there are no surprises.
- Old roof torn off to the deckPLACEHOLDER02
Complete tear-off down to the deck
We strip the old shingles and underlayment down to the decking. Any rotted or delaminated deck is documented and replaced on the spot — no hidden charges after the fact.
- New roof system being installedPLACEHOLDER03
The new roof system goes on — in layers
Ice-and-water shield, synthetic underlayment, starter strip, Owens Corning or TAMKO shingles, and proper ridge ventilation — installed to manufacturer spec. We don't cut corners your inspector can't see.
- Post-install inspection and cleanupPLACEHOLDER04
Final inspection and full cleanup
We inspect every valley, flashing, and penetration with you and answer every question. Then we haul away every scrap, run a magnet over the yard for stray nails, and leave your property cleaner than we found it.
